This training is an alchemizing experience. Through daily practice, intensive study and expansive self discovery you will cultivate wisdom that awakens the healer within.

The Change Perspective 200HR training is focused on establishing a solid foundation from the ground up; physically, anatomically, energetically and mentally. The only pre-requisite is an open heart and willingness to show up fully, commit and learn. 

This training is a journey of self discovery. Not only is it for those who wish to teach, but those looking to dive deep into self inquiry and finish with a consistent daily yoga practice of their own.

Maha Sadhana: the complete practice. 

Establish and deepen a daily krya, asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Strengthen your mind-body connection through consistency. Build from the foundation up. Learn how to integrate subtle refinements in each posture to safely and gradually advance. Experience a sustainable and progressive practice that will promote evolution and inspire. ​


Become familiar with anatomy which is necessary in order to understand and share the physical practice of Yoga.

Learn about unique body structures and how yoga asana can be utilized for any body. Develop the skill of observing students bodies with the purpose of offering modifications which could prevent injury and/or promote freedom. 


We will precisely break down the mechanics of each posture. Learn subtle integrations, energetic effects, anatomical alignment, benefits, modifications, assists and contraindications in order to thoroughly comprehend each posture.

This training will equip you with the knowledge, experience and inspiration you need in order to share the practice of yoga with others in a way that will profoundly impact their lives. Learn how to intelligently and precisely cue your students into safe alignment. Develop the skill of teaching to what you see and shifting your plans accordingly. Practice infusing your authentic message throughout your class.


Touch is a form of communication that should not be taken lightly. Learn and practice correctional touch and supportive physical assists in a safe environment. Become accustomed with the different types of demonstrations, ensuring they are clear and concise. Integrate safe partner work into your classes to strengthen and unite your community. This Module includes an introduction to Thai yoga massage and the fundamentals of Acro Yoga.

Become proficient in creating safe sequences with intelligent progressions that breathe. Learn different methods to effectively sequence a yoga class.. Develop your voice as you teach to your peers while collecting invaluable individual feedback daily. 
Create an intelligent symphony of biomechanics, philosophy, and anatomical alignment. Receive a structure that will allow you to creatively design uplifting classes for your students.

Mathieu Boldron

Mathieu has taken over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training from master teachers all over the world and remains a student for life. He has taught over 40 YTT's globally. His trainings have evolved with him over time, but have common threads emphasizing yoga philosophy, breath work, sound healing, anatomy and FUN. Mathieu has dedicated his entire life to the practice of yoga.

Teaching yoga is his dharma and life's work.

Ashtynne is a continuing education provider, she has taught for over 6 years and built up a strong experience in teaching yoga classes, workshops and educational programs around the world. She has co-led several yoga teacher trainings.  

Ashtynne's flow practices and yin yoga classes are design to slow down and heal deep trauma trauma within. Her classes are full of visualization, inspiring words, powerful breath work, sound healing and yoga Nidra.  Ashtynne's teaching is dedicated to give you the keys to heal yourself.

Teaching yoga is her Medicine .
