Blair began practicing yoga in her mid-twenties. Over the years, the practice and its teachings have had a profound influence over the way she lives her life. She decided to pursue her 200HR teacher training with the hope that she could help others benefit from it the same way that she has. She teaches a powerful vinyasa flow in a way that incorporates a balance of active strength as well as passive flexibility. In her classes, you will use breath and movement as a way to invite the deeper teachings of yoga into your "off the mat" life. She is currently pursuing her full 500HR certificate with expected completion in summer of 2022.
