I guide people who desire to shift into deeper presence with themselves, their bodies and the now-moment. Utilizing breath and felt-sense awareness, we are able to self-regulate our energetic systems and shift into a lightness, vibrancy, and presence with life. 

 

I use breathwork to feel deeply connected with my body and to be more present with myself and others. I feel space and energy in my body and fewer old-self patterns running. I move from a place of stillness and presence with what is, and am able to easefully experience the quintessence of life.

 

I am fully certified practitioner of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release, with practical experience in breathwork, chi gong, intuitive massage, and spiritual and metaphysical studies. I am grateful to hold space and offer guidance as you utilize breath to explore deeper self wisdom.
