Melissa Lande is a certified yoga, dance, meditation and fitness instructor. She has been teaching for several years and loves combining movement with fun music for her classes, both indoors and outside with nature. She first started dancing in grade school and fell in love with designing unique choreography after years of being on stage and creating routines for her dance company. Melissa now combines her love of yoga with dance for creative and empowering classes that she loves to share with the Traverse City community.
