Traditional Hatha Yoga - Guided by our breath, this is a class to deepen your understanding of yogic postures and breathing, alignment, as well as the tissues of the body. Both dynamic and static variations of poses are offered in this balancing, paced class. Full mind-body relaxation and harmony are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with backbends, twists, forward folds, and hip openers
